Join Gillian for this slow, flow style practice that blends traditional yoga postures with simple (and sneaky) strength building in a supportive and unintimidating way without it feeling like a chore!

Get a deeper connection to your body, gain mobility and strength, and spice up your Yoga practice!
Plenty of props will be utilized in this class, however all bodies must be able to move from floor to standing with ease.
No previous Yoga experience is necessary.
