Through this 120 min workshop experience joy and gratitude through different somatic practices. We will be using scent, taste, touch, sound, visualization, breathwork and movement to tap into to intense feelings of joy and gratitude.

Practicing somatics can help you to reduce stress, lessen triggers and create more emotional regulation. It also helps you to create more mindfulness, body and sense awareness, and improves your mind body connection.
