Join Nichole & Paloma for a fun, challenging and kick butt Bootcamp Program designed to get you up and moving this spring! A private group setting will help you stay motivated, we can work with all kinds of equipment, and get outside! We will work on building STRENGTH, CARDIO, CORE & FLEXABILITY! Nichole will offer a small nutritional package to help you with your goals of the program, and we will do a pre & post fit test so you can see how much you how amazing you did over the 6 weeks! Classes are one hour.
