Let Nichole help you go from walking to running a 5k in 6 weeks. You will train at the running track, building your endurance, speed, and confidence. Each week we will increase time spent running vs. walking, you will be given an extra run day that you will complete on your own, plus active rest days. We will warm up and cool down with specific moves and learn about how to fuel the body to have max performance. Done in a fun, supportive group setting. Running will be done at the track to meet every level of fitness and help prevent injuries while learning the skills and techniques for running.
