The Assessment is designed to see what your starting point is at.  The Assessment will include a variety of strength exercises, cardio and core.  After your Assessment, we will have greater clarity on what program to build for you, the right exercises and movements to include in your program. 

The Assessment is a low-risk option to see if this is the right fit for you. There is no-obligation to register after. We will go over registration options and, if it's the right fit, set up your first workout or program. 

You may use the facility after your Assessment and stay longer to use the gym, pool, sauna or hot tub.
