Once a week will help you feel good, release tension in mind and body, twice a week and you begin to see your body become stronger, more flexible and when you practice every day, it will change your life. Practicing Yoga provides insight to who you are, and how to create day to day balance, steadiness and ease.
This 90 day program offers inspired support and informed guidance in learning and incorporating the healing practices of Yoga in daily life. Classes are constructed to be safe and nurturing. Consisting of both in-studio and live virtual classes, we look at both the how and the why we practice yoga. Teachings offer an in depth look at the yogic principles, postures from a wide variety of yoga styles, conscious breath, mantra, mudra, and meditation.
With each new Solstice new postures and practices are implemented to support the whole body in creating balance and vitality through the transition of seasons. Dive in as deeply as you like or simply attend class and see where your practice leads you!
