Join us for this 4 week introductory Spin Pole Series!

Each week learn a new move and how to begin transitioning from static pole to spin pole and into beginner level transitions and choreography 

There will be a short combo taught every class which gets progressively more challenging every wee focusing on these skills:

Front hook, back hook, attitude, fireman, chair, pencil, star, Jasmine, figurehead, sits, carousel, ballerina, air walks using different hand/arm positioning, Jamila, cradle, climb

Between 3 and 5 ft (standing height) off the ground.

Kneepads and Heels are recommended for most classes
