Set the foundation of your inversion & Arm Balance practice with this two-hour workshop. Perfect for the beginner to advanced yogi. All levels are welcome! Just bring an open mind and playful spirit.
In this combination workshop you can
expect:
• Demonstration of all poses
• Vinyasa warm-up
• Hand out with images and information about the
poses we will cover
• Hands-on assists to help you find the correct
alignment of poses for your body
• Workshop the poses from a static position then
learn how to incorporate them into a more traditional flow
• Tips and techniques on how to build strength and
balance to achieve advanced yoga inversions
• The inversion chair available to remove some of
the mental fear of inverting
• Many other props such as bolsters and blocks to
help us feel supported and safe when practicing the poses
