Since 2016, Harlem Yoga Studio has offered one of the most in-depth and actionable trainings in New York City. Like all of our Studio offerings, our Teacher Training prioritizes community and ensures equality and anti-racism is forefront in the Yoga Room. Our TT is Trauma-Informed and practically applicable to the real world in both the facility to teach confidently and the ability to use the knowledge you gain of the 8 limbs of Yoga in your day-to-day life. It is also, quite simply, FUN!  

Yoga brings people together . Whether it's helping one student through a stressful day, bringing a community together to foster space from the anxiety of our times, or simply providing New Yorker's with a compliment to their workout regimen to relieve muscular tension, the ability to share Yoga Asana with others is a gift. Equally important (perhaps more so!) is Yoga's profound ability to help us relieve our own stress and sit with discomfort rather than react to it unconsciously. Yoga deepens our understanding of ourselves.
