Workshop will explore the seven major chakras, their location, traits, and corresponding physical and emotional states. We delve in to how these energy centers relate to daily life, our physical and mental health, and how they can be balanced through yoga and other practices.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the chakras and their significance in the yoga practice, as well as tools and techniques to bring this knowledge to your students.
