Ease into your morning with intuitive & mindful yoga sequencing that will leave you feeling lighter, longer & ready to take on your day. Each class will begin with pranayama (breath control) exercises.
Prana means life force or breath sustaining the body; Ayama translates as “to extend or draw out.” Together, the two mean breath extension or control. Learning how to control the breath while in class offer us realistic & accessible tools that we can take off of the mat & into our daily lives helping to relieve minor fatigue, anxiety & depression.
Throughout our 75 minutes together, we will look for ways in finding balance between effort and surrender as we ease into our postures. We will build strength & flexibility within the body while releasing tension from the body & the mind.
