Pre-Postnatal Yoga class is taught by our Certified Healthy
Moms® instructors, this one-of-a-kind class helps moms build their
core strength, restore muscle tone and lose that baby weight after
delivery, and prepares moms-to-be for the physiological changes
that occur during pregnancy and for labor and delivery. Postnatal
moms enjoy the workout while returning quicker to their
pre-pregnancy weight. Our Pre-Postnatal Yoga class offers an
opportunity to bond with fellow moms and expectant moms while
building strength and endurance through yoga postures and
breathing.
