Restore & Recover Plate Strength is a uniquely designed
class for the beginner to the seasoned athlete as well as anyone in
recovering mode or rehabilitating an injury, making this the ideal
class for everyone! Our program is an excellent addition to any and
all exercise regimes. The class dynamics focus on warming up the
body through a series of postures on the Power Plate, an abdominal
sequence for strengthening the entire core then a cool down period.
The assist of the Vibrating Platform while stretching allows the
muscular structure to open up while receiving a relaxing massage.
This slower based class will give you the benefits of
strengthening, stretching and a massaging which creates an overall
refreshed and rejuvenated self, in both mind and body. (45
