This is a Jumpstart to Fitness for the member who has been out of fitness for a period of time, is new to fitness, or feels they need to take it slow.
The class is slower-paced and limited for more individualized attention.
A portion of the class is dedicated to movements to get the heart pumping, resistance training for strength, restorative exercise for flexibility and range of motion at the joints.
Floor exercises are included in the class - modifications for a chair as needed.
