<p>30.30 – 30 Minute Ryde & 30 Minute Reform (60 min)</p>

<p>All classes start on-time and we do not allow late entrants so that we maintain the integrity of the experience for all Ryders.</p>
<p>Equipment Needed: Clip in cycling shoes (SPD or Look Delta) required for Ryde. Rent a pair for $3 in studio. Grippy socks required for Reform.</p>
<p>Fusion training at its best, many clients burning 700+ calories. The first 30 minutes is all about the Ryde. Our rockin music, inspirational instructors and hard core power training will challenge every muscle. No weights, no pushups, no bull. Set an intention and then jog, sprint and climb your way to the top! We continue to fat burn when we Reform. The 2nd 30 minutes focuses on upper body and core strength training. This class will kick your butt, change your body & inspire your mind.</p>
