Come out for a yoga mix.  A little power and a little restorative.  This practice is both hot flow practice that is both energetic & restorative. We will move and flow to recharge our batteries and cleanse the body as we sweat it all out in our gentle heated studio environment of ~80F. Postures will be available to students of all levels while offering modifications and props to increase or decrease difficult of each asana. The teacher will guide you through a power flow for the first portion of class, ending with a generous cool down: the perfect way to release that "Monday" feeling. Please bring a towel, a water bottle, and your yoga mat!

While this is an open level class, open to yogis of all experience levels, if you have never taken yoga before then it is recommended to partake in one of our wonderful beginner level classes first.
