The perfect way to end the weekend and prepare for the coming week, Restorative yoga is meant to help bring the body and mind back into its' natural state of being. Find homeostasis in this class through by relaxing postures supported by props: blankets, bolsters, and blocks. Modifications will be offered for all postures to make every pose accessible to everyBODY. Postures and sequence will be carefully chosen to offer the practitioner the ultimate mind and body experience, allowing yourself to fully relax and relieve anxiety, depression, anxiety, headaches, and more. This class is also appropriate for injury recovery, pregnancy, and the simple need for complete and utter peace.
Props for each class consist of a blanket, bolster (pillows), a block, and a strap.
This class is open to all levels of yogis, especially beginners.
