This 30 minute class takes the
isometric exercises you have learned in the 2 hour intro workshop
and the Tuesday am Foundation Training Decompress and adds
functional movement patterns. By learning how to decompress and
hinge actively from the hips, you will start to build new movement
patterns that you can take with you in all aspects of your life.
From walking, skiing, brushing your teeth, and even picking up
laundry, you will hip hinge.
