Kettlebells are a great functional tool that increase the heartrate, burn fat, and put on some serious muscle. Kettlebell movements are full-body compound movements that require technique and focus.
This class is not designed for beginners. You will need to show proficiency in kettlebell technique prior to taking this class and must be cleared by a coach before you can sign up.
