Finally, a fitness class crafted for those who are retired but not tired. SmartMoves focuses on balance, agility and strength. Each week, the class will deliver fresh new moves drawing from multiple fitness styles from weightlifting, to Pilates, circuit, etc. If you’re interested in improving balance and increasing agility and strength in a moderately-paced, socialable environment, this class is for you! Taught by WFS Massage Therapist certified in the Medicaid fitness program for those 65 and older.
