Class is a playful mix of Hatha and light Vinyasa.
We
will begin with a warm up, build an internal heat and continue with
a mix of longer held
postures and a gentle flow.
Please keep in mind this is YOUR practice ~ Your best teacher
resides within. Listen to your body and find the practice that best
fits your needs. Each class is meant to be fun,
active and encouraging. Classes will have a variety of music,
normal room temperature,
be fully guided and all end with a 5 to 10-minute savasana, a
peaceful pose focused on
relaxation and awareness. All classes have the same goal ~ awaken
strength, flexibility
and energy, and create a space for a mind-body connection.
