If you are a traditional Pilates
student, this 50 Minute group class is for you. We will focus on
the essential classic Pilates Apparatus exercises from the STOTT
PILATES repertoire. An excellent place for newbies to Pilates to
begin. Each class will incorporate one or more of the following:
Reformer, Chair, Tower, Barrels, and/or Matwork.
