Each lesson Jivamukti Basics can be considered as a portion of a course of four parts that explores a different theme each week: Week One: piediSettimana two positions: bending in three avantiSettimana: bending all'indietroSettimana Four: inversions, meditation and synthesis of weeks previous In this lesson, the main emphasis is given to the alignment. Students are introduced to the asana and the use of “props” in their execution. This lesson provides the basic foundations that allow students to take practice a lesson in intermediate or “open level” in a safe and aware. Beginners are advised to follow all parts of this course. For intermediate and advanced practitioners this lesson can be beneficial and depth on the main principles of alignment in asanas. Students are advised to start this process from the first lesson on standing poses but this indication is in no way binding.
