There are two rules of Boxing Boot Camp: Have fun and burn off calories! Boxing Boot Camp is a hybrid of boxing fundamentals and core exercising using up-tempo and high intensity boot camp exercises. This 60 minute workout will tone your arms and lower body, increase strength/cardio and burn fat!
