Yoga Movement classes at SWEAT, consists of the traditional physical exercise based upon poses that promote improved control of the mind and body to enhance well-being. It's designed to utilize a variety of Yoga movements (minus the traditional spiritial disipline) emphasizing controlled breathing, and poses to help stretch and strengthen the body.
The Yoga Movement class may also include a variety of core, pilates, foam roller and stretching moves.
This class is conducted barefoot. We recommend you bring your own Yoga mat. Also, bring water and a towel. Yoga towels are available for purchase at SWEAT.
You are required to provide your own mats and towels. Due to COVID-19, SWEAT will no longer be providing shared mats for use in any class. Our used mats are for sale for home use; if used at SWEAT, they must be used by you only and travel with you home.
