A full-body, bonfire of a workout, this 45-minute high intensity, muscle strengthening, cardio combination class will challenge every muscle group. Our circuit studio will have an ever-changing set of innovative equipment providing a full body workout. Each class will be carefully planned using some old favourites like BOSUs and TRXs and some soon to be new favourites like SURGEs and body bars. Our in-house trained instructors will challenge, motivate, and inspire you through this rock star workout.
What to bring:
Water bottle, towel, lock, and INDOOR SHOES!
*Please note that we maintain the studio at a fairly low temperature to ensure you don't overheat during your workout. Please wear layers that you can remove during your workout if needed!
