This is a cardio based class and is for ALL fitness levels. It
is designed to burn and blast calories while strengthening your
core, agility and building muscle. We will incorporate battle
ropes, tires and plyometrics, also known as “kinetic training” or
“plyos” the exercises are based around having muscles exert maximum
force in short intervals. Be prepared to push your body to the next
level.
