This class is most definitely a head-to-toe butt kick! Arms, abs, and (...yep, I’m going to say it...) “ass”! At the end of this class you will literally feel like something kicked you in the derrière, pardon my French. Sixty minutes that starts off with an amazing mobility warm up; from there it’s booty, arms, abs and all the muscles in between. This class intensely but sneakily builds until every muscle you have (…and forgot you had!) is tapped out! Still suitable for all levels and optional modifications will be offered.
*If you have wrist, knee, or lower back issues don't hesitate to join this class, just listen to your body and follow the modifications!
What to bring:
Water bottle, towel, lock, and grippy socks/bare feet!
*Please note that we maintain the studio at a fairly low temperature to ensure you don't overheat during your workout. Please wear layers that you can remove during your workout if needed!
