To attune is to bring into harmony, or to make aware or responsive.
The
majority of movement is done on the floor in a flowing fashion
without force to increase somatic awareness. These exercises
are non-weight bearing and involve sliding, gliding, and circular
movements to balance the body's structure, reduce tension and
fatigue, and boost immunity.
This class is appropriate for all levels, and particularly effective for individuals who enjoy exploring subtle aspects of the practice and slowing down.
