A full body workout focused on the classical pilates principles of concentration, centering, control, precision, breath and flow. Exercises are focused and sequenced to provide a profound challenge to the core, and multi directional movements that strengthen and stretch, resulting in uniform strength and better posture. Walk out feeling taller, energized and ready to tackle your day!
All levels welcome, but the class is targeted towards advanced beginner/intermediate level. Max capacity 15 people.
