Level 3 will be taking your static trapeze skills to the next
level! We will be teaching multiple variations of each skill to
focus on the nuances of form and the conditioning required for each
trick. Students will learn inversions, body awareness when upside
down, one arm hangs, basics in the ropes, work on beats, &
balances. Warmups will incorporate drills and sequences to hone in
old skills and build strength for new ones!
This is a 60 minute class.
