A nice Gentle Yoga! Open to Beginners and Prenatal Friendly.
Perhaps a little gentler than our other gentle yoga classes. Prenatal Friendly, no experience required. We will actively stretch with the use of props and guided breath work. (This is not our signature Restorative Yoga class - but restoring none-the less!)

Guided by a restorative yoga certified teacher - I will assist you into your comfort. For each, it may be different.
