A practice to balance your body, mind and spirit! We'll glide through the first half of class with a flowing “Yang” vinyasa practice, then mellow out through the last half of class with a more passive “Yin” series of seated and reclined postures. Class will be designed with an intention and focus in mind. Together we'll explore the various ways we can open up to let in the healing flow of Prana throughout our bodies. All levels welcome!
