We recommend previous experience with TRX training or
participation in several of the “TRX Basic Training” classes before
participating in this class. The fast pace does not offer
significant time for set-up instruction and assumes you are
familiar with basic options for intensity
modification.
Created in the U.S. by Navy SEALS, Suspension Training is a
revolutionary method that harnesses your own body-weight to create
resistance as your train, allowing you to work at an intensity of
your choice. At The Pilates Room & AntiGravity Studio you will
work in a small group setting (8 max) performing exercises that
build power, strength, flexibility, balance and core strength… all
of which help in injury prevention and sports performance. All TRX®
Group Training sessions are coached by a certified TRX® Trainer.
