half hour strength and conditioning workout that incorporates the
use of TRX Bands, Heavy Duty Tires, Sledgehammers, Agility
Harnesses, Agility Ladders, Conditioning Ropes, Barbells,
Dumbbells, and even vehicles. Disclaimer: This is a difficult and
