This no cardio class aims to primarily Target the glutes and lower half in this 45 minute  workout specifically designed to shape, lift, and firm the glutes. Not only will you have a strong, shapely booty, but the other benefits of resistance training are endless. Especially for ladies looking to prevent osteoporosis.

Glutes are the largest muscle group in the body. Glute and leg exercises always burn a high number of calories and continues to burn for 24-36 hours afterward. You can alleviate lower back pain and prevent injuries, strengthen the core (there is always hidden core work on leg day) and improve posture.

We do variety of exercise styles, and use anything from free weights, to bodyweight, bands, TRX, and props. Modifications always provided. Beginners welcome
