Get your energy flowing with this uplifting class that embodies the power of connecting breath with movement and embraces the idea that we have the power to shift our energy, physically, mentally, emotionally, and physiologically. In this class we will use yoga flow (slow continuous movement connected to the breath) to get energy flowing and relieve stiffness in the body. We will alternate this flow with holding poses for a couple of breaths to bring more focus and consciousness to the breath, sensations in the body, and the energy we are experiencing in that moment; to feel the energy flowing through us as we find stillness. Some yoga experience is suggested because there is less cuing for beginners in this class.
Class size is limited to 7 people per class. That provides at least 6 feet of space in between each person.
IF YOU ARE NOT FULLY VACCINATED, please put a mask on before entering the studio. You can take your mask off once you are on your mat.
We are asking everyone (teachers and clients) to not come to the studio if you are not feeling well.

Please spray any used props and place them on the designated shelf so they do not get put back into circulation. We have props for sale for those that would prefer their own.
