We won’t go over-board and throw you into a forearm stand, but we will start to get you body ready for them by building more core and arm strength. This class is fine for beginners who are looking for more of a challenge/work out than the gentle to moderate class. In this moderately paced class you'll build on beginner poses and learn more challenging poses and start to build greater strength and flexibility.
