<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">In this class we will build internal heat by picking up the pace a bit (not too fast though!) to get the blood flowing and warm and loosen stiff muscles and joints. Once properly warmed-up, we will work into deeper poses to increase flexibility and range of motion. We will work on overall strength and core strength to help build the foundation for arm balances and inversions. Regular attendance will increase your strength, flexibility, endurance, and confidence! At least 20 prior yoga classes is recommended for this class.</span></p>
