This class is a hybrid of what we have done in TRX functional, Bootcamp, and CrossFit with a focus on moving strength with a serious calorie burn )the one-hour burns between 700-900 calories.) You can expect a mix of a kettlebell, sandbag and odd object workouts broken into three sections (a warm-up, a moving strength portion, and a finishing workout.) Each section will be between 10-18 mins in length. With cool down, the class will be 1 hour.
