In this class, we will work on the bigger muscles. Gluts are the least used muscle in athletes such as runners, cyclist and similar sports. The goals are not just to have a nice butt but a strong functional set of buns.

This class builds strong lean muscles with a goal to maximize fat burning with every exercise.

All levels of fitness are welcome.

Targets: Butt, quads, hamstrings, calves, hips, and abs.
