This class is for those who need a more gentle Pilates class and are looking to gain and/or maintain strength, joint mobility, muscle flexibility, and improve posture and balance.  Ideal for beginners or people with limitations.  Enjoy a slow flow in a peaceful room.

Special Instructions

New clients!  Please arrive 10 minutes early so your instructor can give you a short introduction.  Be sure to let your instructor know If you have any injuries or movement restrictions.
