Inferno Hot Pilates is high intensity interval training (HIIT) using Pilates techniques in a hot room. Amp up your workout by incorporating hand weights and resistance bands into the Level 2 class. Adding weights in this challenging class will lead to increased metabolism and support strong bone density while also giving you fast, visible results. You will get a full body workout beginning with core work and eventually incorporating a cardiovascular, lower body and upper body focus.
