The routines are fun & easy to follow and we encourage you to go at your own pace.

IMPORTANT VENUE INFO - PLEASE READ!
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS: We have had to amend some of our policies to adhere to the current COVID19 regulations & reduced class capacities. Please familiarise yourself with the new booking/cancellation policies.
All no-shows will incur an automatic £2 fee for every no-show, regardless of your membership tiype. If you had a valid reason for not being able to, but weren't able to contact us before the class, you must contact us within 7 days after the class for it to be regarded as a late cancellation instead of a no-show.
You can have upto 3 late-cancellations per calendar month without incurring a cancellation fee. Any late-cancellations after the first 3 per months, will be charged at £2 per late cancellation, up to a maximum charge of £8 per calendar month (for all cancellation/no-show fees).
FACE COVERINGS: You MUST wear a face covering at all times, except for when you are exercising. Whether you're entering/exiting the building or just nipping to the toilet, your face covering must be worn. *If you're exempt, please let us know in advance, if possible.
HYDRATION: It's super important to stay hydrated but we're currently unable to provide any refreshments. Please bring your own drink to class to stay hydrated - we recommend water or a healthy sports drink. Please avoid carbonated drinks whilst exercising.
EQUIPMENT FOR CLASSES: We can lend equipment, where necessary, but this will need to be sanitised before & after use. Where possible, please bring and use your own equipment.
Some equipment, such as FitSteps resistance bands, mini balls and activation bands, are available to purchase at class or online, which you can either collect at the class or you can request for it to be delivered to you.
There will be no floor routines at venue classes until Covid restrictions are lifted, so there'll be no need to bring a mat until then.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Please keep all non-essential belongings at home or stored securely in your car. Please only bring into the venue, items that are necessary for attending the class.
Water bottles & fitness equipment need to be kept on the floor against the wall near to where you are standing (not on chairs, radiators or window ledges). Coats & bags need to be either hung up on coat pegs or kept with your bottle & fitness equipment, against the wall on the floor.
CHECKING IN AT CLASS: The touch-screen check-in kiosks are currently out of action. You can either check in via the app (ONLY ONCE YOU ARE IN THE BUILDING) or you'll need to be checked in with a member of the admin team when you arrive.
If a queue forms to enter the class, please keep a 2m distance at all times (wearing a face covering, unless exempt).
SOCIAL DISTANCING / SPACING: All classes have been marked out with non-slip markers for 2m SQ boxes to stand within, which will be your designated space for the duration of the session. Please stand in the centre of the "box" and only leave it to go to the toilet or get a drink.
Please keep a social distance of 2m at all times before & after classes. A one-way system will be in place, which will need to be adhered to at all times.
NOISE LEVELS: Due to the risk of airborne transmission of the virus, please refrain from any loud whooping, singing & shouting during the class until COVID restrictions are lifted. If you do want to "whoop", please do so at normal conversational volume only.
Instructors are discouraged from shouting, so please be considerate of this and keep quiet during times where instructors (or admin) will need to address the whole class, especially if they have no microphone, to ensure everyone can clearly hear. Instructors may have to play music a bit quieter than normal.
CLOTHING/FOOTWEAR: You must wear sensible, non-restrictive clothing at all fitness classes, unless otherwise stated. Sensible footwear, that will support your feet, is recommended and should be worn for the entire duration of this session. We recommend wearing layers so that you can add/remove layers as you warm up / cool down.
