This Spin XO class is a 45 min Athletic style class. Hills,
sprints, mountains with a focus on endurance and strength. Designed
for all levels of experience and fitness, our rides take you on a
journey. You enter the room and the lights are dim. You clip in,
set your water bottle and towel, and start to ride. The music kicks
in and your instructor leads you through and incredibly intense and
exhilarating workout, all under the dim light.
