Taught by our personal trainers, this BODY 101 class introduces you to Tabata style fitness training. In just a half-hour session, you will get the high-intensity, short interval training workout you need and have fun doing it. Drills are multi-dimensional and movements are multi-directional in order to build on the fundamentals of strength, core and cardio training.
