This yoga practice moves in and out of poses safely while developing strong awareness of the actions in each pose. Props, such as straps, blocks, wall ropes and pelvic sling, are used to refine postures. Learn and practice the Morning Series, Hip Series and Spinal Series developed by Aadil. Build a strong foundation with the Classical Surya Namaskar (flow), strength in standing poses, opening the throat, heart and pelvis in backbends, and reverse aging caused by gravity on the spine in inversions on the wall.
Recommended for yogis of all levels excluding those with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or women at any stage of pregnancy. Each instructor offers modifications, variations, and plenty of instructions as they guide students from one pose to the next.
