The most difficult part of connecting to life is to slow the
mind long enough to even see what we need to do.
In this class, Laura, a Life & Personal Foundation Coach,
Yoga Instructor, and Forever Student of the Universe, will offer
meditations, visualizations, pranayama exercises, reflective
prompts and other coaching techniques to help strengthen the
connection you have with your life by stepping back, slowing down
and building a strong self-awareness muscle. Learn how to connect
with yourself, with others, and with the Universe around you by
observing your mind and changing the relationship you have with the
thoughts that swirl around up there.
If you are tired of going through the motions, dizzy from all
the spinning, feeling lost, confused, disconnected or have the urge
to dive deeper into this experience called life, this is the place
to be.
No previous meditation, life coaching, or yoga experience needed. All that is required is a curious mind and a willingness to be honest with yourself.
Feel free to bring a journal to record any mind sparks or reflections.
