You've done your private sessions and moved through jumpstart
and are ready to challenge yourself.This is our benchmark Pilates
reformer class, which features the basic Pilates exercises plus
their progressions, as well as intermediate exercises when
appropriate. This class flows at a moderate pace. Your instructor
may offer progressions or modifications on an individual basis.
Class is limited to 5 participants. May incorporate the use of the
Pilates chair, small props, such as mini stability balls, portable
spine corrector or magic circle.
