Welcome in space to feel nourished, embodied and rejuvenated. Tuning into the instrument and frequency of your body, mind, and heart as you move into a more softer and harmonious space. Each class will begin with a gentle and calming Yang/Vinyasa movements that will lead to a more yin and restorative practice. You will learn about stress relieving practices to help get you centered and grounded into the body. We will end each class with a sound bath meditation with the gentle rhythms of the gong, singing bowls and other instruments.
