Speed/Agility/Strength for 12-14 year old athletes. 


Special Instructions

This class is for 12-14-year-old athletes only. Please see other classes for older/younger age groups. Please arrive 10 minutes early to work through the warm-up and so that we are able to maximize the hour. 

No cleats are allowed in training. Running shoes or flat-soled shoes only. 

Be advised that all athletes must be paid in full prior to attending the session and if the minimum amount of players are not attending, we reserve the right to combine the 11-year-old class still retaining a maximum ratio of 6 to 1 players to coaches. 

Lastly, parents and family members are to stay in the lobby during the training sessions. The only exception is during an assessment or the athlete's first session.
